Fashion doesn’t just happen at the Oscars themselves…there are, of course, all the parties that go with it. The two biggest being the Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Viewing Party & the Vanity Fair After Party. I’m in love with a lot of the dresses below, particularly the metallic beauties on Heidi Klum and Emma Roberts. Current big trends in gowns: metallics, nudes, reds and black lace! What’s your favorite?

Heidi Klum, Kerry Washington, Emma Roberts, Rashida Jones, Nicole Ritchie, Ashley Tisdale & Charlize Theron.

Jessica Biel, Camila Alves, Matthew McConaughey, Taylor Swift, Rosario Dawson, Lourdes Leon, Madonna & Lea Michele.

Eva Mendes, Sofia Vergara, Mia Wasikowska, Ginnifer Goodwin, Zoe Saldana, Selena Gomez & Justin Bieber.

    Emma Roberts, best of the metallic three, (but a smile would suit her better), love Rashida’s top part of the dress but wish it was shorter, even knee length, Charlize’s dress just looks baggy (who normally looks stunning), Camila Alves Holy Shit my absolute favorite (why didn’t she wear this on the red carpet…oh yeah, because her other dress was amazing too!), Jessica looks too washed out (if she’d only put on a different shade of lipstick), Rosario is covering up her dynamite body (why?), Madge and daughter remind me a little of Cruella and offspring, Lea Michelle is dressed wayy too old for her ingenue self, Where is Eva Mendes slammin’ figure in her dress?, a little too much figure in Sophia Verara’s dress, I absolutely love love love Mia Wasikowska but too much top stuff going on, I like Ginnifer Goodwin’s style but she just always seems so uncomfortable in her new-found fashionista wear, I like the pink and red on Zoe, just not the over-frilly top (again with the too-busy top part of dresses!), and finally I think Justin and Selena are cute- perfect for their first prom together. My top pick of the party? Camila all the way!

      wow grace! thanks for the play by play! love it!!! camila dress is stunning. and i actually do think this dress is WAY better than her oscar dress. the top half of her oscar dress was very pretty but the bottom half was WAY TOO PUFFY! it was a bit much. lol Mia Wasikowska was also a fav of mine but (and i hate to say this) i think that dress would be outstanding on someone else. (ouch. i know.) someone taller. ok i wont say more :)

        haha! yeah i had to do the same thing for mia! lol and madonna is madonna i just wish there was more coverage on the bottom half of her!
