The big show is still on, but the red carpet has long been walked. Below are the starlets that hit the ground running. My Best Dressed of the night is MILA KUNIS in Elie Saab, though I have many other fashion favs. Anne Hathaway, Sandra Bullock & Jennifer Hudson all looked lovely in red/orange; While Melissa Leo, Jennifer Lawrence & Nicole Kidman did it all wrong. Leo looks like a doily, Lawrence looks like she just got off the set of Baywatch and Kidman looks like origami gone wrong. (so much for my “positive only” post) Ok, ok back to the good…Mandy Moore in Monique Lhuillier was a surprise stand-out this evening and I’m digging the original looks of Blanchett in Givenchy and Paltrow in Calvin Klein. Halle Berry is stunning per usual in her Marchesa gown while Hailee Steinfeld is adorably age appropriate and delightful in her self-designed Marchesa. Age appropriate on the other side of the spectrum was Helen Mirren in Vivienne Westwood. All and all it was a good night for fashion. Oh and one last thing…Amy Adams, take off that God-awful necklace! I don’t care how much it’s worth, it does not go with that dress! Ugh! (I’m ok now)
