I must admit, it’s pretty hard to keep up with New York Fashion Week! There are just so many great shows and events to cover. With that, I give you highlights from some of my favorite designers below. Know that I post runway and editorial photos not to say “Hey, look at this gorgeous designer outfit, go buy it and then you’ll be fashionable.” Ha! I wish. I post them to inspire. The cool thing about chain stores is that their designers look at these EXACT SAME runway photos to INSPIRE them. That’s why places like H&M, JCrew and Top Shop are making great pieces that look and feel high-end. Its pretty awesome! So next time you go shopping, think about some of the looks you’ve seen on this blog and try to find similar cuts, colors or styles that you were drawn to. Or take these photos and play in your closet. You may already own something fabulous and inspiring photos may help you style it differently than ever before. Bottom line: HAVE FUN! Like you did when you were a little girl playing dress up…Hooray!
