I remember being a kid and having this amazing tie dye shirt that I made for myself in school. I’m assuming it was in art class, though I don’t really remember. What I do remember, is taking sections of this t-shirt and tying them up with rubber bands, then dunking the shirt into dye. Pulling it out and having to wait for it to dry to see the results. I hate waiting. Once it dried, I took off the rubber bands to reveal my new favorite shirt! It was pink and I loved it. So, when I saw this tank at LACAUSA, it brought me back and I had to have it. So I did. In honor of my childhood, I went full on 80s with this look and paired my tie dye tank with “mom” jeans, a denim jacket and Adidas! “Hey Grasie, 1985 called, they want their look back.” Hehe.
