a rock and a hard place
With the levitated rock above my head, I couldn’t resist quickly discussing the phrase “between a rock and a hard place.”
With the levitated rock above my head, I couldn’t resist quickly discussing the phrase “between a rock and a hard place.” According to Phrases.org, it originated in the U.S. in the early part of the 20th century and means: The dilemma of being in a position where one is faced with two equally unwelcome options. We’ve all been there; a situation where both paths suck, but regardless, a decision must be made. I think it’s those choices in life that make us stronger, because what do you really learn from an easy decision? Just some food for thought for the weekend and because, there’s a huge rock above my head!!! Happy Friday!
