This weekend kicks off music festival season and everyone is gearing up to embrace their inner flower child and 90s fashion. While I’ve never been much of a hippie kid, I do love the 90s; particularly that decade’s love for denim shorts and bodysuits. At a recent trip to Express, I picked up these fab, high-waist, vintage inspired denim shorts and paired them with this striped bodysuit (you know I love stripes!); for a look that’s perfect for festival season and beyond.
Speaking of the 90s, do you remember how amazing 90s R&B and hip-hop was? TLC, Jodeci, Boyz II Men, En Vogue, SWV, Usher, Warren G, Salt N Pepa, Mary J. Blige, Color Me Badd, Brandy, Monica, MC Hammer!!! I could go on and on! It was a really, really fun time for music; some of my favorite songs come from that decade. Can someone create a music festival with a 90s only lineup? I would camp all weekend long for that!
