I scored this electric blue vintage skirt about a month ago and finally threw it on yesterday. It has pockets and I really can’t resist a skirt with pockets! With something this bright, I thought it was best to pair it with a muted grey top and minimal accessories. I was feeling girly and like I should be twirling.
