Sometimes in life, all you need is a great, white, tee. They’re always perfect and easily go with just about everything. Here, I paired my favorite tee with these printed trousers and metallic hot pink heels to spice things up a bit. But, can we talk about this d’andrea handbag for a second? When the lovely designer offered to send me one of her beauties, I was immediately drawn to this piece, Mr. Arrogant (the collection is named after unfavorable exes…ha!), I loved it’s masculine and vintage feel and had to have it. When it arrived, it was a little larger than expected, which made me even more excited. It’s such a perfect travel bag for weekend trips or to use as a carry-on for longer getaways. I absolutely love it…
Speaking of getaways…Damien and I knew we wanted to hold off on our honeymoon, to give us time to plan something amazing. Well, we have decided on a mini-moon in Laguna Beach (our favorite place) the weekend of our wedding, then we are doing a major trip to Africa for our 1 year anniversary!!! We’re thinking a 4-day safari, perhaps in South Africa and ending with a beach holiday in an area such as Malawi or Mozambique. Maybe even a stop in Europe on the way to break up the long flight? I can’t freaking wait and we have a whole year to plan and (save up for) the perfect getaway. Hooray!
