Tomorrow is the 2016 Kentucky Derby and in celebration of the annual Run for the Roses, I’ve partnered with Stella Artois Cidre to throw an amazing dinner party!
Tomorrow is the 2016 Kentucky Derby and in celebration of the annual Run for the Roses, I’ve partnered with Stella Artois Cidre to throw an amazing dinner party! I was so excited to get some of my favorite ladies together to wear giant hats and pretty dresses. Amelia and her husband Mark, Christie, Sylvia, Damien and I were all part of the festivities.
To prepare, I got some excellent inspiration on Pinterest and got to work. First, I order toy horses which I spray painted gold a la this post and printed out the signage. Then, I enlisted Christie, for the beautiful floral arrangements; she’s a pro! Finally, I ordered yummy food and dessert from Forage to compliment our Stella Artois Cidre. I requested the ladies wear dresses and the hats and we we’re ready to roll. It was a night full of laughter, music and race bets. Man, I hope my horse wins! I’m rooting for Oscar Nominated because of course I’m rooting for a horse named Oscar Nominated!!! Who you rooting for?
