From the east coast all the way to Cali, it’s a hot, hot Summer. And when temps get this high, I like to throw on a light, flowly dress and call it a day. Like this pretty number from Free People. It’s comfy and cute and can easily be worn as a dress or on top of a swimsuit as a cover up.
