I wore this top with ruffles while in Vegas a couple of weeks ago and it felt perfect. Vegas tends to be the land of tight, bandage dresses and I like to subtly stand out. This top is sexy yet feminine and the silver boots added a bit of “Vegas” flare. I will definitely be wearing this ensemble on repeat. I guess not everything that happens in Vegas stays in Vegas! (See what I did there?) 😉
