I’m the worst when it comes to sticking to a workout regime. I’ll admit it. I’m lucky to have been blessed with “skinny genes” from my creators, but thin does not equal healthy. The older I get, the more I realize how true that is. I usually try to instantly change into a workout freak over night, instead of easing into it. I get obsessed about (enter workout fad here) then about a month or two later, I’m burnt out and bored. So, this time around I’ve made a promise to myself to, at the very least, do one thing for my body a week (i.e.: yoga, hike with Hayden, dance class etc). If I can stick to at least one thing, then I’ll be a happy camper. Today I’m kicking it off with a good stretch and a beautiful LA hike. Luckily, Express has a new fab line of activewear to get me in the mood…here I go! Happy Workout Wednesday!
