Cento Pasta Bar is a lunchtime “pop-up restaurant” located in the heart of DTLA and is absolutely delicious! Cento is a casual, Italian spot with a “hole-the-wall” vibe, serving up a different menu every time you visit. The pop-up nature of the place means it’s only open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11am to 3pm and shares the space with Mignon Wine Bar. Avner Lavi is the main cook here and a former cook at some of LA’s greats like Bestia and Sooto; no wonder the pasta is AMAZING! Next time you’re in DTLA for lunch, check this place out. It is one of my favorite finds to date and definitely Grasie approved!
