I went out to Coachella over the weekend with my girls Michelle and Taye, we didn’t hit the actual festival, but instead party hopped, which was fantastic! (And what I realized is what most people mean when they say “I’m going to Coachella” Ha!) None of us had been before and starting at the KROQ House was a perfect beginning.
At festivals and before big awards shows there’s an amazing thing that happens…brands set up camp at gifting suites and give away their stuff for free! This is usually reserved for celebrities, who in exchange, have their photo taken with the the product for PR purposes. However, because of the recent marketing success of blogs, bloggers are getting in on the gifting suite action and it is awesome! 
Brands like Forever 21, Teeki, Dr. Marten’s and Beacon let Michelle, Taye and I ransack their booths and take home whatever we wanted…it was a “shopping” dream come true. 
Look at those smiles! We are 3 very lucky ladies. Thank you to F21 for the invite and all the brands for being so kind. YAY Coachella! Stay tuned for more posts from the weekend.
